I had a mixed experience at the resort. While my second visit in August was much better, with a lovely room overlooking the golf course, my initial stay had significant issues, including a musty smell and poor room conditions. The staff were outstanding both times, but the ongoing renovations mean there’s still room for improvement. I look forward to seeing the changes next year.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Resort & Conference Center at Hyannis. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and I truly appreciated being able to use the pools and gym during our family visit for the 4th of July. However, it was concerning to read about past issues with maintenance in some areas of the resort, which reminded me that they are in the process of renovating and improving the property.
